Welcome to High Voltage Engineering Research Laboratory (HVRL)

HV research laboratory focusing research on:

1. Conducting research and development related to dielectric materials and insulation systems for high voltage application. The research covers experimentation for the field of condition monitoring (e.g. partial discharge, leakage current, thermal diagnostic), liquid and solid dielectrics as well as failure / degradation analysis.
2. Provides commercial testing and consultancy services to the industry.
3. Research based on research area of High Voltage.
