ABOUT US


The Center for Robotics and Industrial Automation (CeRIA) is located at Faculty of Electrical Engineering (FKE), Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM). CeRIA was established in 2011 to develop and nurture the research growth in FKE. CeRIA conducts researches in new technologies, consultations, testing and also new product developments. In addition, CeRIA also support the post-graduate programs through university-industry collaborations. CeRIA aims to excel in the following fields under four main groups: Robotics and Industrial Automation (RIA Research Group), Energy and Power Systems (EPS Research Group), Power Electronics and Drives (PED Research Group), Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology (REAT Research Group).
